| My Xanga name basically sums up the purpose of the site. But to explain it more thoroughly, here it is.
The purpose of this site is simply for prayer. Ideally anyone could post a prayer request, and I and the others who read this Xanga will take a minute or two out of our day to bring your issues, struggles, thoughts, desires, or anything else before God. Though I obviously cannot guarantee that anyone else will be praying for you, I will at least do my best to take your requests before God.

The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.
In light of this, if you want me to pray about anything at all, just post it. If it is to sensitive, or personal to be putting on the internet then just use generalities. I can assure you that God knows your need, and it doesn't matter if I or anybody else knows all the specific details.
As it stands, I am thinking of remaining anonymous simply so that the focus does not center on me, but on prayer and Christ. This is not a place for my personal views, I can do that in other places, I will be here to organize and make clear and to list the prayer requests. As it stands, I would not be surprised if you knew immediately who it was, but for the sake of keeping things focused please do not refer to me by name. Please do not waste your energies figuring this out, and please do not let that stop you from posting. If anonymity proves to be a problem, or pointless, I will simply make things clear. Thank you, and please tell your friends and post your requests.
